Mykill & Meroz - In These Arms EP

On Father's Day, house producers Mykill and Meroz released a free EP called In These Arms. This newest release comes with two funky disco house tunes by the duo, along with a remix from Warehouse. You can listen and download this release below.

PHOTOS: Meltdown Music Festival @ QuikTrip Park (Grand Prarie, TX 06/02/12)

Earlier this month, QuikTrip Park in Grand Prarie, TX played host to the 2012 edition of the Meltdown Music Festival featuring dozens of electronic DJs and live acts, not to mention an incredible light show. Photographer Jason Frost was on hand to capture the day's events and got great photos of Pretty Lights, Steve Angello, Passion Pit, Sander van Doorn, SuperVision, Ishi, and many other performances throughout the day. Haywyre ft. Jay Fresh - Raw Crunch

Today, Minnesota producer Haywyre releases his latest album titled Infinite. On the release is a track called "Raw Crunch", which features Dallas native Jay Fresh. This electronic hip-hop jam contains amazing melodic synth chords, and Jay's smooth vocals fit in perfectly with the overall flow of the tune. If you download the album, you will notice that there is also an instrumental version of the track. You can grab Infinite as a "name your price" download on Haywyre's Bandcamp page. Cage the Elephant -Ain't No Rest for the Wicked (Ahab Remix)

Here is a brand new remix from Dallas based prododcer Ahab. He has taken on Cage The Elephant's "Ain't No Rest For The Wicked" and turned it in to a pretty cool glitch track. The remix was released for free in anticipation for his forthcoming EP on MalLabel Music titled Asnosmia, which will be released on June 26th. In addition to his solo production, Ahab is also 1/3 of Black Market Pharmacy, a trio of producer/DJs that have been playing shows around Dallas quite often. In fact, BMP will be playing at Neon Sessions in Dallas tonight at theSPACE. You can find more info here. Eleven:Eleven - No Words

Austin electro group Eleven:Eleven have released a new song for free download, a fast paced synth pop tune called "No Words". This is the second track off their debut album Through The Veil, which is being released one song at a time. There will be 10 songs on the album in total. The duo, which is made up of producer Jake Childs and vocalist Sicca, will be performing with Gigamesh and Punks Jump Up at Kingdom in Austin, TX on the 4th of July. You can get tickets here. Metranohm - The Honey Badger EP

Yesterday, Austin, TX DJ/producer Metranohm released his debut EP The Honey Badger on Gravitas Recordings. The impressive 5 track release consists of 4 original dubstep, glitch, and midtempo bass tunes, and one fantastic remix of Jane's Addiction's 1990 song "Been Caught Stealing". As good as that remix is, the title track off the EP is easily the standout song on the release. Add Metranohm to the list of talented producers that have been making Austin a hotbed for electronic bass music. You can stream The Honey Badger below.

Javeon McCarthy - Precious (Brenmar Remix)

Chicago's Brenmar has posted a free download of a remix he did of U.K. R&B artist Javeon McCarthy's "Precious". What was once a slow jam is now ready for the dancefloor, with Brenmar putting in a fly club beat over McCarthy's smooth vocals. Brenmar will be playing at this weekend's Sonar Festival in Barcelona, and also at Hard Summer Music Festival in L.A. on August 4th. You can listen and download the new remix below.

Adventure Club ft. Krewella - Rise & Fall (Krewella Remix)

Two weeks ago, Chicago's Krewella and Montreal's Adventure Club unleashed their collaboration titled "Rise & Fall". After the tremendous response, Krewella decided to release a free VIP remix they made for the track. While I liked the original tune, I must say that I enjoy this remix far more. This version has a brand new vocal intro and intense bass drops with a more melodic sound. You can listen and download below.

The Penelopes - Summer Life (Gigamesh Remix)

Here is a nice remix by Gigamesh that will be released next month. The track is "Summer Life" by French dance duo The Penelopes, and it will be on the official EP for the song. The layers of bright synths Gigamesh has added suit the overall theme of the tune well, and the crisp drums make it even more danceable than the original. The EP will be available in the U.K. (they're working on other territories) on July 15th and also comes with remixes from Style Of Eye and Viceroy. Gigamesh is about to head out on tour with Punks Jump Up, which will see them swing through Texas on July 4th at Kingdom in Austin and July 5th at Rio Room in Dallas. Meshell Ndegeocello - Petite Mort (Miguel Migs Moody Downtown Remix)

This Saturday night, It'll Do Club will re-open its doors under new management at 4322 Elm St. in Dallas, TX. The revamped nightclub will predominantly feature house music and cater to the 21-45 age group. For this weekend's grand re-opening party, Full Access Dallas will be bringing in deep house producer/DJ Miguel Migs and vocalist Lisa Shaw to provide the soundtrack for the evening. They will also be joined by resident DJ Red Eye. You can find more info here. Earlier this month, Miguel Migs released a free download for a remix he made of the song "Petite Mort" by Meshell Ndegeocello. Miguel's version of the tune has a sophisticated midtempo groove while maintaining the sound of the original. VIDEO: Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs - American Dream Part II + Tapes & Money

Yesterday, U.K. electro-disco producer Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs released his long awaited debut full length album, Trouble, on Casablanca Records. This outstanding release contains 14 tracks of bouncy electro pop and finds T.E.E.D. providing his own vocals throughout the entire album. Two of the standout tunes, "American Dream Part II" and "Tapes & Money", have music videos that were posted online in the months leading up to the album release. You can watch both clips below.

Combostar ft. Mani Hoffman - Free EP

French house producers Combostar will be releasing a EP for their new single "Free" on June 26th. The EP will be on house label La Valigetta, and will feature remixes from Louis La Roche, Go Go Bizkitt!, Timo Juuti & Hector 87, and Second Date. On top of all that, there will also be a club edit of the track included. The single itself is a fun and upbeat disco house tune that features vocals from Mani Hoffman, who was the voice from the 2001 international house hit "Starlight" by The Supermen Lovers. Justice - New Lands (A-Trak Remix)

Justice have a new EP coming out for the song "New Lands", off their latest album Audio Video Disco. The EP will be released on June 26th through Ed Banger Records and will include the original tune, a live version, and remixes by A-Trak, SebastiAn, and Falcon. To give you a taste, Ed Banger has posted a stream of the A-Trak remix online. The track starts with a heavy drum beat and then kicks in to an energetic electro banger. GRiZ - You Got To Change

Yesterday, Michigan's GRiZ released a brand new track for free download. The 21-year old producer takes vinyl samples from 8 different songs and creates a great electronic hip-hop tune that is a bit more relaxed than his most recent work. GRiZ will be making appearances this summer at Sonic Bloom in Colorado, Electric Forest in Michigan, and What The Festival in Oregon. You can listen to his new jam below.

RAC ft. Penguin Prison - Hollywood (The Magician Remix)

Tonight, Rio Room in Dallas has brought in The Magician and Plastic Plates for a night of electronic disco music. Plastic Plates is an Australian producer who has gained a following after being commissioned to do official remixes for the likes of Adele, Sia, Body Language, and The Human League, among others. The Magician has gotten attention not only from being a former member of nu-disco duo Aeroplane, but also from his popular Magic Tape monthly mix series. He has also produced several original solo tracks and remixes. His latest remix is of the song "Hollywood" by RAC and featuring Penguin Prison, which was recently released for free via Green Label Sound. To get you ready for his set tonight at Rio Room, here is his remix for "Hollywood".

2pac ft. Dr Dre - California Love (Psymbionic Remix)

Here is a fresh new glitch hop remix of 2pac and Dr. Dre's classic hip hop anthem "California Love" by Psymbionic. The new version of this jam still has that west coast sound to it, but with a big bass makeover that will no doubt make dance floors bounce this summer. The track is available for free download on Psymbionic's Facebook page, where you can get the vocal version and an instrumental version. You can listen to the remix below.

RUN DMT - Union Of Opposites

Austin bass production team RUN DMT have a new album coming out called Union Of Opposites, which will be released on June 18th via Play Me Records. The 12-track album features guest appearances from Chali 2na, Zeale Rapz, Zardonic (aka Federico Agreda) and more. The duo recently released an 11 minute preview for the new release, which you can listen to below. Be sure to cop Union Of Opposites when it drops on June 18th.

VIDEO: Klever - To The Top

Former DMC World Champion DJ Klever has a new track out called "To The Top" that also comes with a pretty cool music video. The bouncy electro house tune builds steadily until you finally hear the crunchy bassline and synth chords. The preacher-like vocals also add a nice touch to the track. The video for the new tune was directed by Dr. Dax and filmed in Klever's hometown of Atlanta. You can watch the clip and download "To The Top" below.

Usher - Climax (D.V.S* Remix)

Here is a brand new remix of Usher's "Climax" from D.V.S*. The Brooklyn based producer turns the hit R&B song into a lovely 2-step garage tune that is suitable for the summer season. D.V.S* recently released his massive 30-track album The Code last month and is currently gearing up for multiple shows in the northeast this summer, including a set at Camp Bisco next month.
